GHD Pink Cherry Blossom Straighteners

How gorgeous are these!? ♥♥

I think everyone out there knows of GHD's, but i thought I'd do a little post on them as they are so god damn pretty.
I had my original GHD's for 4 - 5 years which is a pretty long time for a pair of straighteners, but i noticed that my hair was starting to snag when i used them and my hair wasn't becoming as straight and sleek as it once used to be. I have very thick coarse wavey hair which needs a good old heat shock to do what i want it to and these fit the bill perfectly.
Have i mentioned that how pretty and pink they are?
They come in a gorgeous pull out drawer which i will be putting to good use for other things (makeup/skincare/jewellery maybe?) and also a gorgeous little flowery heat resistant bag. The lead is extra-ly long which is always handy and they also turn themselves off after 30 mins if they are not used - brilliant.
So while my old ones did do a good job, i didn't realise that they were gradually getting worse. The difference when i used these new ones was incredible!
They glided through my hair with no trouble and didn't snag at all - yippee.
These were so expensive at around £120 but if they last for around 4 years that's only 30 quid a year which works out not so bad!

Are you a fan of GHD's?

  2. Your hair makes me sad because I've just cut mine off into a bob and I totally miss it! Haha. I think I might have to invest in a pair of GHDs soon. I haven't jumped on that bandwagon yet.
